Returns
To properly ensure quick and complete return please follow the guidelines.

1.  Follow instructions on all products and use as directed. Failure to follow instruction could result in less than satisfactory results.
2.  All refunds do not include shipping, handling or any transfer charges.
3.  Please e-mail our Returns Department at sales@pharmagenx.com within 60 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions.
4.  Return form must be filled out with in 60 days of purchase.
5.  Our customer service representatives can fill out form.

8.  Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in factory sealed container for refund. Ship unused products to:

*Refund may take up to 30 days from Pharmagenx receiving the returned product. You can call us at 760-450-2600 or email us at sales@pharmagenx.com with your questions, comments or concerns at any time.
Damages
If your product was damaged in transit please call our customer service department at 888-633-7468. Pharmagenx will replace any product damaged at our expense as long as the damaged product is returned with original packaging.
