    I just read the post that it takes at least 4 days a week at 30 mins each to affect weight loss. Wow! I think I'm getting 30 mins and it is generally 5 days per week. That is really good information to keep me motivated. I'm thinking a trip to the park for Easter with kids - they can play and I'll walk for 30 mins to off-set any cheating temptations for the holiday. Thanks again for the great information!
