Runners help discover new fat burning product!

Fri, 03/19/2010 - 21:14 | by Brian Rubach | 6 comments

First let me tell you that last thing I wanted to do was to try and sell someone a typical “Fat Burner”.

Actually, I don’t even believe in them (the ones on the market now anyways).

It’s always the same old thing!  “Take these pills 3 times a day and you will lose weight.”

Don’t get me wrong, I love the way the old ephedra products made me feel... the energy... focus and great workouts.

But today’s typical fat burners are not ephedra... Read more »

Could your fat burner be nearly 2 years old?

Mon, 03/15/2010 - 23:36 | by Brian Rubach | 5 comments

Yes, your supplements could be two years old by the time you take them.
Think about it.
The raw materials are produced (6 months)
They are then purchased by a manufacturer, and sit there till they are sold to a “Brand” (3 Months)
The brand then sends an order, and the manufacture makes it (3 Months is the average lead time)
You are at a year already. And the product isn't in your hands yet! Read more »

Q: What’s wrong with your typical “fat burners”!

Mon, 03/15/2010 - 23:29 | by Brian Rubach | 2 comments

Answer: They Increase Cortisol...

Every fat burner on the market today (and probably the one you are taking) tells you to take capsule tablets (or a liquid) multiple times a day-and it will “Boost your metabolism”.
These products contain mostly stimulants that speed up your heart rate, and cause a crash feeling at the end.
The end result of taking these is that cortisol levels rise. Cortisol is great for chubby chasers, but bad news if you want to actually burn fat.
