Eric White

Eric White uses Pharmagenx Ventilean RX

Eric started weight training at the age of 14 to gain size for high school football. He continued his active training throughout high school and into college where he played NCAA Division III football as a defensive back.
One year after college, Eric entered his first bodybuilding competition. He has been competing ever since, winning five first place titles and two overall titles. In 2002, he earned his professional bodybuilding card in the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation..
Eric trains heavy in the off season, packing on mass for future bodybuilding and power lifting competitions. He believes in natural bodybuilding, advocating proper training, healthy eating, vitamins and supplements. He prides himself in being a lifetime natural athlete.

Eric lives with his wife and two children near Columbia, South Carolina. He recently completed in his fourth professional competition, in June, 2011.
